An App 4 That.

Here are a few of my favorite travel apps:

• maps.me - an offline GPS mapping program. Download Iceland, and you won't need mobile data or wifi to stay connected to your driving directions.

• PackPoint - add your destination, dates, and anticipated activities and...voila! This little tool will create a pretty awesome packing list for you. Of course, you can add and delete items to customize.

• GoogleTrips - this little bugger will consolidate your trip plans from your email including hotel reservations, events, and flights into one neat interface and adds in weather, city information, and other helpful information - all downloadable to your mobile device for offline access when needed most.

• xe.com - plug in your currencies of choice to compare, calculate, and recalculate the exchange rate.
